CLMA certificate (“Basic“ course + Advanced level course “CLMA“)

The goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of movement, as well as linking the inner and outer experience of movement. This approach produces new connections and a new kind of understanding, “moving knowledge“.

"Basic" course

The “Basic“ course in Laban / Bartenieff Movement Studies is an additional qualification to an existing profession, and concludes with the “Laban Bartenieff Movement Studies Basic“ certificate, which is awarded by EUROLAB. This certificate entitles graduates to use the material in their field of work.

Advanced level course "CLMA"

After a two year advanced level course, one can obtain the “Certified Laban Movement Analyst“ (CLMA) certificate. In the continuing course, we will deepen and refine the understanding of the material from the basic course and improve the ability to analyze and document movement.

The CLMA certificate, qualifies graduates to teach introductory courses in Laban / Bartenieff Movement Studies.
